He and his wife also write a blog, Real Life Investor Couple, with stories about their investing experience and road to financial independence.
Luke Smith has a background in human resources and business operations. This knowledge transitioned well in working with homeowners in the real estate market. As the founder of We Buy Property In Kentucky, Luke and his team identify undervalued properties in Kentucky to buy, flip, or hold as rentals. They are centrally located in Louisville and work with homeowners all over the Bluegrass State.
Nick Disney is a real estate investor in San Antonio, TX. He has been investing in San Antonio and other parts of South Texas for the past ten years. He specializes in single-family real estate investments and has experience with rentals, owner-finance, wholesaling, and fix and flips. He is the owner of Sell My San Antonio House and writes the blog TX Real Estate Investor.
Jennie Berger has worked as a TV casting producer on shows for HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel and I.D. She was deeply inspired by her late mama, who had a servant’s heart and spent years as a case manager for the homeless. Jennie believes it was written in the stars for her to help other people. She is co-owner of Property People, a real estate redevelopment firm in Chicago IL, along with her fiancé & business partner Gregory. Together they write a blog called House Flipping Duo where they share adventures in the life of a real estate investor, the good and bad.
Phil Bryson is a husband and father of three boys. He spent over a decade in a corporate world and entered the real estate industry as a real estate agent who quickly turned to investing. He and his brother, Brad, started Easy AZ Home Buyer after managing a few successful flips and rentals on the side and wanted to make it an official career shift. Cody Zucker is a local Jersey Shore real estate investor and licensed CPA. He has been investing in real estate for a number of years and owns We Buy Jersey Shore Houses LLC in Belmar, NJ. He also writes a blog, REI Rookie, with stories about his investing career and tips for other real estate investors on how to crush growing their portfolio and achieving their dreams.
Ryne Lambert and his family live in a suburb of Green Bay, WI. He and his wife, Kelly, have two amazing children and a huge Goldendoodle. Ryne is the Problem Solver and Co-Owner of Sell My House In Wisconsin. He and Kelly are also the authors of the blog, The House Mavericks, which discusses all things real estate, home improvement, personal finance and personal development.
Ryan Whitcher is a NC native, has a background in business operations, and has been investing in real estate for over three years. His company, Harmony Home Buyers, is located in Charlotte, NC and specializes in helping sellers find solutions to their property. He also contributes to his blog, These Flippin Homes, which shares his adventures and experiences in real estate.
Jack Pinard is a grizzled veteran of the property flipping world. Back in 1987, he began to buy and renovate neglected properties. He used his profits to pursue his first love—building a recording studio. In 2002 he brought that multimedia experience to students and ran the media department in a public school system for 17 years. Now he’s back full circle, operating Summit Buys Houses in Massachusetts and is launching The Homeowner Journal blog.

Jeff and his wife Jess started their real estate investing journey in January of 2021 and are the owners of Shipwash Properties. Barry Smith founded real estate investment company Homesmith in 2005 to serve homeowners, homebuyers and renters in Ohio and Southern California. An Ohio native and Ohio State University graduate, Smith brings a varied background in real estate, marketing and communications to the company, including 12 years as a licensed agent.
